Your agreement with Vodafone, EE, or O2 - the process for change
We undertake an initial consultation with a prospective client via face-to-face meeting, email exchange or a telephone call.
During this interaction we gain an understanding of the client's needs and current issues, and also briefly explain the process and why we are different from our competitors.
In order for us to provide a proposal we then request;
- Detailed billing information (online billing logins, pdf, billing CD or in paper copy)
- Contract end dates
- An understanding of future requirements
- Opinion of the incumbent network / dealer
- Reasons for exploring a change
- Reasons for considering us
