I must receive 2 or 3 calls a week from mobile phone providers seeking an opportunity to save me money, I am not interested in any of them, let me tell you why.
In 2006 we were with one of the networks direct as a part of a European contract. The service from them was very poor so much so that we stopped asking questions.
